Support the development, improvement and day-to-day management of the digital tools and systems that support Health is Freedom’s customers, products and internal teams. This role works across technology, product and digital operations to help create efficient, reliable and user-friendly experiences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve digital platforms, tools and internal systems.
• Support product development, testing and implementation of new technology.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes and customer experiences.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate solutions when required.
• Work with internal teams and external technology partners on digital projects.
• Help document systems, processes and technical requirements.

• Experience in technology, product, digital operations or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and technology tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
