Return & Cancellation Policy

At Vibrant Health Sytems Inc - HealthIsFreedom, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our return and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return & Cancellation Requests

All cancellation or return requests must be submitted in writing to: customerservice@healthisfreedom.com. If approved, cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return and potential refund, products must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned undamaged
  • The product must be returned in acceptable condition
  • The product must include all original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging
  • The product must not show signs of misuse, alteration, or excessive wear

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. The determination of whether a product meets acceptable return conditions will be made solely at the discretion of Vibrant Health Systems Inc..

Refund Process

If a return is approved:

  • Customer must return the products and send it back to Vibrant Health Systems Inc.
  • Once orders are received back in our warehouse, refunds will be issued using the original method of payment unless otherwise specified less the 15% restocking fee.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
  • Shipping, handling, and processing fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect or company error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as HealthIsFreedom is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Products returned after the 3-day return window
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products missing original components or packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customerservice@healthisfreedom.com with photos and a description of the issue. Our team will review the claim and provide further instructions.

Policy Updates

Vibrant Health Systems Inc. reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
