Support the day-to-day operations of Health is Freedom by coordinating inventory, orders, fulfilment and logistics. This role helps ensure products move efficiently from the warehouse to customers while maintaining accurate records and smooth internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders, fulfilment and shipping activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Work with suppliers, shipping partners and internal teams.
• Track deliveries and resolve fulfilment or logistics issues.
• Maintain operational documentation and records.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

• Experience in operations, logistics, fulfilment or administration.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with inventory and order management systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
