It does seem to help loosen up stiff ankle joints. I hope it helps with lymphatic drainage as I have CLL. Even with the short time I have been using it, I have noticed an incrimal increase in mobility, and less pain in feet and ankles.

Reducing swelling

A friend recommended this because I was experiencing swollen ankles (probably due to quarantine and being sedentary) and she had had a friend recommend it to her because of swelling from a surgery and had found it quickly reduced the swelling and made her feel fantastic (she has rheumatoid arthritis). She had invited me to come over to try it once we could get out of the house but I decided to just order it sight unseen due to now two people's recommendations. Right before it arrived my right calf swelled over 2 inches larger than my left leg and I had decided the machine would fix it, but my physician son-in-law said no. I needed to be sure I didn't have a clot, so my doctor was notified and immediately scheduled me that day for an ultrasound. Works wonders for Sciatic Pain and back pain

I am extremely impressed with this vibration plate. I recommended it to friends. I wasn't looking for weight loss, but it is happening anyway. My muscles are toning up. I am over 50 and struggle with back and leg pain. I have bulging disk in my back and now they have been reduced. I can't say for certain if it is the result of the machine, but things have drastically changed since I started using it. I use it as instructed which is every other day. Excited!

Just received my VibraTec literally 10 minutes ago and was so excited I tried it on for 10 minutes and it was so weird to feel my whole body (fatty area) jiggling and starting to itch like when I started jogging and felt my fat jiggling and itchy. This is a really great device for vibration therapy

It feels really good standing on it. You can feel the vibration throughout the body. It really shakes you. If you squat and shift body positions in different while standing, you can isolate more of the vibration to joints. It feels great after a few minutes. Comes with bands so you can also do some arm exercises while you are standing. It has several pre-set programs that you can choose from.

Best Ever for the Price

Miracle!!!

WOW! When I read the diagnosis of Lymphedema and Lipedema, I literally thought it was a death sentence and my life was over and I would never be the same again! I was already well on my weight loss journey before purchasing this vibration platform. I was skeptical as to what it might actually add to my success but at the very least, I thought it would help with my circulation. I just used this once and can tell it's gonna be great. Much bigger than the picture, and has some good weight to it. My whole body is relaxed right now, feels like you do after a good swimming session. Took a few seconds to get used to it. Try singing something while you're using it. It's hilarious. I've been using this vibrating plate for two days and I can see and feel the positive effects it is having. After the first time I used it, it felt like I'd been swimming or doing some other full-body exercise, plus an aerobic workout. The more you use it, the more results you get. Worth every penny

So I saw this at a trade show at a much higher price! I really wanted one because I have horrible hip and leg pain and inflammation. Really works to tone skin and body, rehab too

Someone recommended this to my 77 yo mom. I tried hers and loved it, so I got this one for myself. I had ankle surgery 9 weeks before. This has helped my rehab by working out the stiffness. Works for my Symptoms

I have restless leg syndrome which wakes me up and night and robs me of my sleep, and I have tried many things over the years to relieve the symptoms. Diabetics dream!

I am 70 years old and a diabetic for 60 of those years. Keeping fit has been a challenge. In the approximately 6 weeks I have been using VibraTec (two or three times a day for five to ten minutes.) I have noticed not only weight loss, but, reduced swelling, increased blood flow in my legs, and nerve stimulation that may lead to reduced neuropathy. Almost forgot the 20% reduction in insulin requirements. I know of three people (diabetics) one has already ordered one and two are about to. All I do is stand on it while trying really hard to stay off my heels, getting stronger calves and thighs. My only complaint (more an observation) when I stand up straight my nose and ears tickle, it's annoying.

Fun fitness vibration platform

VibraTec is pretty amazing and did what it should do. It’s a fun excise machine that makes you burn extra fat. I have been using the machine for a week and 30 mins a day. I actually sweat a lot while doing training on it. It helped me to lose 2 lbs in a week and my leg is kind of sore every time after using it. You can also adjust the level of vibration based on your need. Overall, It’s a great machine for fitness workouts. I really enjoy the workout time with this platform.

Great product, amazing effect.

VibraTec is a great product! A simple and practical product that can achieve unexpected results. Before that, I tested a similar vibration platform, and it takes up more space and is expensive. I use it several times a week. I slowly start to strengthen at a low speed. After many times of use, my legs have a sore feeling. I think this should be the effect of persistence! Also equipped with a remote control, which let you control freely. (It is recommended to start from the beginning to use, and gradually strengthen so that is easier to adapt.)

My daughter tried VibraTec at a beauty trade show. I asked my nutritionist about it, and he said it helps the lymph system and moves blood around more quickly. I am in love with this! Circulation

I have degenerative disc disease. I sit TOO LONG during the day bcs of my profession. I have been using this to take "health breaks" during the day in 5- minute bursts to improve circulation and help with back pain from my condition and how the prolonged sitting aggravates my back. It HAS helped with the pain.... but I've noticed more progress with the improved circulation. The best way I can describe it ... it's like an overall sense of well-being - like the blood is actually flowing to parts of my body where it's been restricted or cut off. I am able to move a little more and don't have as much of the soreness that I had before. I've been cutting out some bad eating habits as well. And I've seen a difference in "inches" around my waist and thighs. Not sure if that is solely based on my new rating habits or not. But I'd have a hard time believing that this machine hasn't contributed to that. Will continue to use it for the circulation properties and pray that it will aid in losing some Inches and firming my thighs and core.

Using it to aid poor blood circulation

VibraTec works for my body to vibrate my poor blood circulation because I'm diabetic and have restless leg syndrome. I started with 5-10 minutes 3X a week (will progress eventually) and felt the difference in my feet and legs. I am a lazy and do not like exercising, but for my health, I make a few minutes effort and this machine does the trick. In addition, my 13-year-old boy, whom a stagnant daily in front of PC as a gamer, he uses it too. So, it works for both of us. It is sturdy, easy to assemble, and does not take much space. I did not like that the remote control requires 2-AAA batteries and did not come with it. However, It was worthy purchase.

Love this machine! I use this in the mornings to jump start my day and wonder each day why I didn't buy this sooner? Worth the $

My mom and I started a body bar and our machine recommended a vibration board for best results. I enjoyed using it so I bought myself this one for at home and it is perfect. Terrific way to get moving

I purchased this for my husband who had a stroke several years ago. I noticed he is having difficulty with balance and with core strength. He expressed interest in this. I opened the package and it was simple to place the straps and he immediately used it. First time ever he willingly tried something. While it is still new I have no doubt he will do this regularly. Works as expected!

Muscle relaxer

This was a gift to me. I love using this because I see improvements in my core strength. The vibrations force my abdomen, back and pelvis muscles to work harder. Over time I felt it firm my body. Omg I love this so much! I ordered it assuming it would do nothing, but after seeing so many great reviews I had to try it. I’ve only been using it for 6 days, but I knew I loved it within 1 minute of getting on it because I could feel all my core muscles tighten up really quickly. You can really tell it’s done something after it finishes the 15 minute cycle and turns off, then all your muscles instantly relax. I’ve been using it twice a day, even if I’m running a few minutes behind leaving for work, I do at least 5 minutes on it. I do recommend it and I’m still surprised how much I love it!

Done tons of therapy, all I needed was a solid shake. It's amazing for my fascia and body in general. Also, try to get mad on it, you cannot. There is starting to come to light research about releasing trauma by shaking. Check it out. Why not use this to release some held issues deeply in the body? I like all the features. Still trying to use all of them. I highly recommend that everyone buy and use one to help tone up your body. Therapy work takes time

So far so good but this is one of those products it’s gonna take some time. My husband actually was very happy that I ordered it because he works in a hospital and says they have these in there therapy rooms. He explained to me that I need to start off slow and incorporate exercise as I go along. It really is a different concept but I’m looking forward to how it will help with my fitness. Wakes me up in the morning!

I am extremely satisfied with this equipment. If properly taken care of, it should last a long time. It is a fact that you feel like you have been working out in the gym. Easy to use

This machine works as advertised. There is a sense of relaxation in the muscles worked when the machine stops. Very satisfied. It barely makes a noise, watch tv or read a book while exercising.

This machine is wonderful! Easy to store and get around with a handle on one end and wheel on the other! I do 20min in morning and at night. Gets the blood pumping! Love doing the programs. I like to use the arm resistance bands also.

This is my favorite piece of equipment I bought this year and I've bought a lot! The settings are easy to figure out if you play with it for a minute. The vibrations are strong (if you want them to be) and it feels really sturdy to stand on. I've been using it every day for about 30 minutes and do upper body exercises while playing with the different programs. Cellulite is melting off and my bod is getting really tone and smooth. My skin glows and I'm pretty sure it's all from this machine. I could not be more pleased. Seriously love this thing.

Best machine ever

I have severe hip pain and this really helps with that. Because of my hip pain I can not exercise like most people so I get on it and hold on to my walker and dance to fast music. I know it say use once a day for 10 minutes but I do it twice a day. Once in the morning and once after dinner before bed.i love this machine. I've given all my exercise equipment to my daughter but this is one machine she will have to purchase on her own. I won't give this one up. Love love love it.

Great Machine!!!

I really didn't know what to expect before I tried this machine, it was recommended by a patient of mine that comes to my practice, she convince me to get it, and so I did! Well so far I really do enjoy it, it was a bit intimidated at first but once u keep at it, you get a hang of it. Its really not hard to use and it does move every part of your body...lol, its definitely worth the buy and worth the try.

Worth it!

It is heavier than I expected when it arrived but I absolutely love this thing! It truly is amazing and it only takes about 10 minutes to get a good little workout and it is well worth the money. It also came with all of the bands and a remote control! I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! It is not harsh on folks like me with RA and a bad back! Awesome!

Perfect Family Vibration Machine

This is easy to use for the entire family and have different levels. It is big but I don't mind since I have boys and my husband using it. Glad it came with all the additional products bands and massaging mat so I can use while sitting at work.

Compact and easy to use!

Had the product for almost three months and impressed with how it relaxes muscles but also tones. After working all day at a desk job this really payer for itself in less than two sessions (10 minutes each time) I feel relaxed and it does increase your heart rate / good cardio.

Great Product

I have only had it a week and have lost inches all over. My legs are getting tighter , and my shirt is bigger. It makes me tired doing it. At the end of 10 min. I'm ready to get off. It starts to hurt my feet. I do it at med. 60 for 10 min. once a day. First thing in the morn. The clip made a loud noise on the side, so we took those off and tied a knot and that worked great. Also the rubber in the strap kept falling down, so I super glued it on both sides and its perfact. I love this machine. My husband can sleep when I do it. The little noise is not bothersome at all. My daughter who is a nurse told me about it.

Excellent product, it works!!!

This vibration plate is a godsend! I have a lot of health issues that prevent me from a lot of activities. I use it for 10min up to 3 times a day, Doing squats and using resistance bands for upper body, put my hands on each side for doing planks, sitting on it in sit up position with legs out for ab workout.

I really don't know if you really loose weight with this but I do recommend to use when you're losing weight the vibration really works with the cellulite muscles and for does days you are floated because of food works like a camp.

Reducing swelling

Strong Vibration and Easy to use

This unit is super easy to use. Turn it on and choose your vibration strength: low, medium and high. At first I could only do low as certain parts of my body (mostly legs) would itch and turn red. I am now up to 10 minutes on medium. It is relaxing and invigorating at the same time. I use the resistant bands for my arms while I’m on it.
